Privacy Policy

The Audolio consumer app does not require an Audolio account. It does not collect contacts, phone numbers, emails, Apple IDs, sender identity, recipient identity, message recipients, or message-thread metadata.

Public audolio.com song and album links and derived artist pages store limited music metadata, public slugs, and Apple Music and Spotify destination URLs. Personal sent and received History stays on the device and may sync through the user's private CloudKit database.

Anonymous aggregate events may count a completed share, a rendered Audolio page, or an accepted handoff to Apple Music or Spotify. Audolio may separate app, website, Share Extension, provider, and manual or automatic handoff totals, but does not treat a handoff as confirmed playback or listening.

To prevent duplicate ranking credit, Audolio gives each non-reversible event and journey marker an expiration time 24 hours after acceptance. Ranking ignores the marker once it expires. Firestore deletes expired markers asynchronously, typically within 24 hours after expiration. Ranking aggregates and deduplication markers do not contain raw nonces, IP addresses, device identifiers, or a durable person-level analytics token.

Music content-advisory labels are used only to apply the operator's global Discover eligibility setting. Explicit music remains directly shareable and openable when it is excluded from Discover.

The private operator console uses Firebase Google sign-in, where Firebase Authentication holds the administrator's UID and email. Private audit records contain the UID, action, and timestamp. This does not create consumer Audolio accounts or add identity to public ranking.

If you contact support through audolio.com, including to request an artist-profile correction, Audolio privately stores the details you provide, your reply email address, provider-profile URLs, a random submission identifier, and any optional screenshot only to review and respond, prevent duplicate delivery, and protect the form. Aggregate form-protection limits do not use a durable user or device identifier. Audolio may independently verify an artist requester's authority and evidence before changing a profile.

Each stored support request and optional screenshot is assigned a deletion time 30 days after submission. Firebase deletion is asynchronous and may occur later. Copies delivered to support by email and infrastructure or service logs follow separate retention settings.

Before uploading a screenshot, crop or redact anything unrelated. Do not submit passwords, sign-in codes, payment details, government IDs, or other identity documents.
