Audolio helps Apple Music and Spotify listeners share supported songs and confidently matched albums, explore Discover, and visit artist profiles derived from verified Audolio music.
Need a hand?
Tell us what happened.
Send a note to Audolio support. A screenshot is optional, but it can make odd share-sheet or link-opening issues much easier to spot.
Prefer email? Write us at support@audolio.com.
We use your details only to review and reply. The stored request and optional screenshot are scheduled for deletion from Firebase 30 days after submission. A support email copy and service logs have separate retention. Read the Privacy Policy.
Which services and links does Audolio support?
In the United States, Audolio accepts supported Apple Music and Spotify song and album links on iPhone and iPad. Apple Music and Spotify artist URLs are not accepted as direct-share inputs; public Audolio artist pages can still be shared.
Do I need an Audolio account?
No. Audolio has no consumer account system, friend graph, contacts access, or sender and recipient tracking.
What happens if an album cannot be matched?
Audolio publishes an album only when it confidently identifies the same release on both services. If Audolio couldn't confidently match the same release on Apple Music and Spotify, it declines the album instead of creating a partial link or guessing a destination.
Can I use an Apple Music or Spotify artist link as a share input?
No. Apple Music and Spotify artist links are not direct-share inputs. Audolio artist profiles are derived from confidently verified music already represented in Audolio, using supported songs or albums.
How can I request an artist-profile correction or improvement?
Choose “Artist profile or music metadata” above and include the Audolio artist URL. You can report a wrong identity, name, image, credit, provider destination, missing information, or another improvement. Official Apple Music and Spotify profiles help. If you request changes for an artist, explain your relationship to them; Audolio may independently verify authority and evidence before changing the profile.
How long does Audolio keep a support request?
The stored request and optional screenshot are scheduled for deletion from Firebase 30 days after submission. Firebase deletion is asynchronous and may happen later. A support email copy and service logs follow separate retention settings.
How do collaborations appear on artist profiles?
A collaborative song or album remains one Audolio music page and may link to each verified real artist profile. Audolio does not invent a combined profile unless both services identify a real joint act.
How does explicit music work in Discover?
Explicit songs and albums remain directly shareable, but are excluded from Discover by default. An artist appears there only when eligible non-explicit music remains.
Does Discover know what I listened to?
No. Discover uses anonymous aggregate actions such as completed shares, Audolio page opens, and accepted handoffs to Apple Music or Spotify, plus an operator-selected feature. It is not personalized or social, and a provider handoff will not be treated as confirmed playback or proof that anyone listened.
Where is my History stored?
Recent sent and received History is stored on the device and can sync through your private iCloud database when iCloud is available.
How do I delete one item from History?
Open History, swipe the song or album left, and tap Delete. A regular tap opens its detail view.
How do I pin Audolio in the Share Sheet?
Open the iOS Share Sheet from a supported Apple Music or Spotify song or album, scroll to the app row, tap More, enable Audolio, and move it near the front.
